Hi! My name is Julie and I started Upside Balloons in 2021. I was born in Pensacola, FL and I love living on the beautiful Gulf Coast! The vibrant community of Cordova Park has a special place in my heart! I have been married to my best friend for 20 years and together we have five amazing children! My passion is working with my clients to make their party dreams come true! It brings me so much joy to turn an inspiration picture into a reality!
